Last week there was an excellent Girls festival at Kinross RFC featuring players from Crieff High School, The Community School of Auchterarder, Perth Academy and Kinross High School.
The girls focused on the Key National Themes of tackle technique, ball presentation and offloading under the guidance of the rugby development team for the Perth and Kinross region. They then played two games: one for established players and a touch based game for emerging players.
The skill shown was fantastic and the girls put in a tremendous effort. They enjoyed the opportunity to train and play with girls from different schools.
Thanks to all the teachers who brought the girls down to Kinross.
